Welcome to our renovated historic palace! We offer a variety of services and amenities to ensure our residents have everything they need to live comfortably in our historic and inspiring surroundings. In addition to comfortable and modern rooms, our student residence offers a variety of social activities, including cultural and sporting events. Our services

WiFi

Wifi is available both in the living room with a table to work and sofas to relax and in the library to be more focused.

Courtyard

We have a patio with enough space for more than 10 cars and a small covered parking lot for around 5 motorbikes.

Shared bathrooms

Each two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with two showers, two toilets and 4 sinks.

Cleaning

We offer a cleaning service for rooms and all common rooms. You can also contact us for any questions or needs you may have.

Security

We have a guard on duty at night, in addition to being able to control the entry and exit of people.

Kitchen

We have a large and spacious kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, toaster... Then, we choose people who clean everything that was used, without the need for us to do it ourselves.

Living/game room

We have a dedicated room for relaxing and playing with what the palace offers (foosball, table tennis, billiards, television), as well as for studying.

Library

We have a library/study room, designed to work peacefully, with a good internet connection and a good environment.
